Consultation callA 30-minute call on your travel style, budget ceiling, dates and must-sees.
Options built to your budgetTwo or three places to stay per base, with prices and reviews checked on more than one platform.
Flight options to choose fromTwo or three flight options compared by airline, times, stops, baggage and fare range, with links so you can book the one you choose. I do not book them for you.
Day-by-day itineraryA clear PDF with daily plans, timings and map links.
Distances and travel timesAirport transfers, train and bus times, and late-arrival cut-offs checked in advance.
Visa requirement checkedEntry requirements confirmed for your passport, with links to official sources.
One round of changesAdjustments made after you review the plan.

Payment

Itinerary Only: paid in full to begin.
Planned & Booked and Group & Occasion: 50% to begin and 50% when the work is complete and your plan and bookings are delivered.
Planning fees cover my time and expertise only. Flights, hotels, venues, transfers, activities and government visa fees are paid by you directly to each supplier.
No hidden commission is added to anything you pay a supplier. If a supplier offers me a commission, I will tell you.
Rush add-ons are 30% of the base fee only. Other add-ons stay at their normal price and are not increased.

Changes and cancellations

You can cancel before the consultation call for a full refund.
You have a 14-day right to cancel. If you ask me to begin work during this period and your consultation has already taken place, the 50% upfront payment may be non-refundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
After those 14 days, fees already paid cover the work completed.
Supplier cancellation terms, change fees and fare differences are set by each supplier and paid by the traveller.
Cancellations covered (Planned & Booked and Group & Occasion) means I handle the rebooking whenever an individual booking falls through, as part of the package and with no extra fee for the work. Any new fares or penalties are paid by the traveller.
Mass disruption: widespread airline cancellations, strikes or supplier insolvency affecting the wider itinerary are managed at an emergency rate of €75 per hour. The work is confirmed with you, or the lead contact, before it begins and billed in 30-minute increments.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Visa guidance

UK and Schengen visitor visas only, offered as a separate document-checking and administrative support service with its own fee. This service is not immigration advice, and I do not represent you to any government or consulate.
The service fee is paid in full upfront and is separate from the government application fee. Visa decisions rest entirely with consular officers, so the fee is not refunded because of a refusal, a policy change or processing delays.
If you cancel before I begin reviewing your documents, the fee is refunded in full. If you ask me to begin within your 14-day cancellation period and then cancel, you pay only for the work already done.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
